What to expect

Service Policy

These operating policies keep mobile detailing appointments predictable and safe.

Vehicle access

The vehicle must be accessible at the scheduled location with enough safe working space.

Appointment requests

Customers request a future date and start time. Every appointment remains pending until confirmed by operations.

Cancellations and refunds

Customers may cancel online while the appointment is eligible under the displayed cancellation window. Later cancellations require support review and may receive a partial or no refund when costs have already been incurred. If we cancel and cannot reschedule, payments for unperformed service are refundable.

Weather and utilities

Outdoor mobile service may be rescheduled for unsafe weather. Any water, power, parking, or access requirements will be confirmed before arrival.

Vehicle condition

Pre-existing damage and unusually heavy conditions may require an adjusted scope before work begins.

Personal belongings

Remove cash, valuables, documents, weapons, child seats, and sensitive or fragile belongings before service. CleanBison is not responsible for unsecured personal property left in the vehicle.

Condition records

Before work begins, CleanBison may create timestamped written notes and photographs of visible vehicle condition, pre-existing damage, access, and the work area. These records may be used to document service delivery and resolve damage concerns.

Scope and price corrections

If the vehicle type, condition, access, or requested work materially differs from the booking, service may pause while the scope is corrected. No additional charge will be collected without customer approval.

No vehicle disassembly

CleanBison does not remove seats, consoles, trim panels, door panels, carpeting, dashboards, mechanical parts, electrical parts, or other installed components for cleaning. Areas that cannot be reached safely without taking the vehicle apart are outside the service scope.
