Access is limited to the customer and authorized people managing or completing the appointment.

Photos
Before, after, and damage photos may be stored with the appointment for service verification and the customer completion report.
SMS choices
Transactional SMS is optional. Consent is recorded with its date and policy version, is not required to book, and may be withdrawn by replying STOP or changing notification preferences.
Guest records
When email is omitted, the platform creates an internal identifier. A phone number remains attached to the appointment for operational updates.
