Information collected
This may include contact details, vehicle details, service location, appointment records, reviews, payment status, condition notes, and service photographs.
Condition photographs and notes
Vehicle-condition records may be collected before, during, or after service for service documentation, quality review, support, and damage-dispute handling. They are not published for advertising without separate permission.
Who can see it
Access is limited to the customer and authorized people managing or completing the appointment.

SMS choices
Transactional SMS is optional. Consent is recorded with its date and policy version, is not required to book, and may be withdrawn by replying STOP or changing notification preferences.
Guest records
When email is omitted, the platform creates an internal identifier. A phone number remains attached to the appointment for operational updates.
