Terms of Service
By booking, you agree to provide accurate customer, vehicle, location, and appointment information.
Bookings
Appointment status, scope, pricing, and payment status are the records shown in the application.
Safe service conditions
CleanBison may pause or cancel service where access, weather, safety, fraud, or vehicle conditions create unreasonable risk.
Development payments
Payment bypasses are test records and do not represent a completed card charge.
Guest bookings
Guests must provide a working phone number. An internal customer record is created so the booking can be managed safely.
Service results
Results depend on vehicle condition, selected scope, available working conditions, and whether permanent staining or damage is present.
Access and customer authority
The person booking confirms they own the vehicle or have authority to authorize access and detailing. Keys, codes, and access instructions must be provided through an agreed safe method.
Refund records
Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing, work performed, and the reason service ended. The appointment portal displays the operational refund status; bank processing time may continue after a refund is marked sent.
