We’ll confirm your requested date first. Once approved, we’ll text you the private portal link for payment.

Booking, cancellation, access, and damage terms

You may cancel online while eligible under the displayed cancellation window. Later cancellations require support review and may not receive a full refund. If we cancel and cannot reschedule, payments for unperformed service are refundable.

Provide legal, safe access, disclose hazards and visible damage, and remove valuables and sensitive belongings. We may create timestamped condition notes and photographs before work begins.

Permanent stains, odors, scratches, paint damage, embedded pet hair, and existing wear may not be fully corrected. If the actual vehicle or condition requires different work, service pauses until you approve any scope or price change.
